Our room was quiet with bath and shower, appreciated having access to wake-up service. The staff were nice and courteous and check-in was quick. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, next to a S-Bahn station.

Had great stay for new year holidays, the staff were pleasant, location was unbeatable to various other stations where you can connect with the U Bahn. I appreciated family room with balcony. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and perfect, the check in was quick.

The location was great and unbeatable, near to Berlin central train station in 3 or 4 stops, and sightseeing and getting to the airport, in a fairly nice area. We appreciated their very very good and perfect breakfast with full plates of food, great views, an amount. Nice and courteous stuff, answhered all questions.

Unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to a known zoo. Comfy rooms in terms of the facilities, food delicious. Great and outstanding choice for breakfast.

The venue is fairly clean and great-sized with knowledgeable staff members. Very good service, fresh made and generous breakfast with full plates of food and an amount, as for instance. Simply nothing too much trouble, unforgettable stay.

The room was absolutely great and included tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators. It had exceptionally comfortable bed and exceptionally good views. The location was great, for example, a town square was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

As for me, the area was not pleasant.

I appreciated it, have never been in a better hotel. This was an incredible stay for new year holidays. The rooms were well cleaned and luxurious with nice view kept by the pleasant staff. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, close enough to Zoological garden, Messe Berlin, and zoo, tiergarten and s-bahn.

Family atmosphere, knowledgeable employees at the reception desk. Nicely furnished, reasonably priced rooms with juices and the atmosphere of a hospital.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and perfect with a balcony, everything is spotless. It has a combination of a nice service and a family ambience.

Beds were very hard.

The hotel property was top-class with unbeatable location just off Tiergarten, train station, Zoo & auqarium and Berlin's historic sites including the Brandenberg Gate.
